We want you to feel like you're walking on air, so if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your Cloudies™.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
